October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Most of us know someone who is affected by cancer. From the day you hear the word “Cancer” it can be frightening and defeating. It is a moment in time when you cling to family and friends for their support and comfort. For the lucky ones who beat the disease, the closeness forged during that time can last for a lifetime.
This photoshoot was a tribute from our model Janine to her mother LouAnn, who is herself a Breast cancer survivor. Both mother and daughter were present at the shoot and joined in the collaboration to create the series of Breast Cancer images in our support of October, Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Checking the stats at the end of October, this image had the highest views of any other image on our website. A fitting salute to Janine for wanting to put together this shoot dedicated to her mom.
